How quickly will my order be shipped?

The delivery is usually dispatched the following working day, provided the item is marked as available.

Is my order already on its way?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link by e-mail. You can use this to check the status of your shipment at any time.

Where can I track my order?

You will find a link to track your shipment in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

Do you deliver to other countries?

We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Germany, Switzerland, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, South Tyrol and Rest of Europe. Please make sure that you have selected the correct delivery country when placing an order at the top right. You can see this by the respective country flag. Please select the country symbol Germany for the BENELUX countries and Denmark and the country symbol Austria for South Tyrol.

Can I order by telephone?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order by telephone. However, if you have any difficulties with the ordering process or need help, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?

If you cannot find an e-mail with an order confirmation in your mailbox, please check your SPAM folder. If you cannot find an e-mail here either, it is possible that an incorrect e-mail address was inadvertently entered when placing the order. It is also possible that the order process was not completed. To check this, you can look in your customer account under My account to see whether we have received your order.

Is it possible to change my address after ordering?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the address. Once an order has been placed, the delivery address can no longer be changed.

Can I postpone the delivery date?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to postpone the delivery date.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Once you have completed the order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel. However, you have the option of returning the package and the purchase price will be refunded in full.

What do I do if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not at home at the specified delivery time, the parcel will be left for you at your local post office. You can collect it there within 5 working days. You can check exactly where the parcel is in the tracking link. If it is not collected, the parcel will be returned to Herbano.

Why is my parcel being returned to Herbano?

If it was not possible to deliver the parcel or if it was not collected from the post office within the retention period, the delivery will be returned to Herbano. You are welcome to contact our customer service and the parcel will be sent to you again. Please check the address again here.

My parcel was delivered but I have not received it. What can I do?

The parcel may have been delivered to the nearest parcel store. Please check your letterbox for a collection slip. It would also be possible to hand it over to a neighbor or leave it in the garden, but this should not be done without permission.

Can I take several preparations at the same time?

Many preparations complement each other perfectly in their effect, but not all products can be taken together without exception. Please read the product description to avoid side effects. If you are taking medication or other products at the same time, please inform yourself in detail about possible interactions and side effects. The intake of several preparations and medications should always be coordinated with the personal clinical picture and additional therapeutic measures.

Can I break up the capsules and just take the powder?

This is possible, but not recommended, as breaking open the capsule may cause oxidation of the ingredients and thus impair the effect. The taste of the capsule contents can also be perceived as unpleasant in some products. It is also possible that the powder clumps together, which may make it more difficult for the body to absorb.

I have received the products and don't know how much to take?

The recommended dosage can be found on the product page or on the product label. This recommended intake should not be exceeded.
