1. Select the correct country of delivery

A small flag is shown at the top right. There you can choose between Austria, Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and the rest of Europe and click on the flag of your desired delivery country.

2. Select product

f you are looking for a specific product, the best way to find it is to enter the search term in the search bar at the top right.

You can also get an overview of our products in our product categories. If you select a category in the Products tab, relevant products will be displayed.

You can find more products in the tab bestseller. In the rider For animals you will find products that are suitable for our four-legged friends.

3. Add the product to the shopping cart

If you have selected a product and would like to order it, you can add it to the shopping cart on the product page. First enter the desired quantity or correct the quantity with + or -. With many of our products you benefit from graduated prices, where you receive a discount of 5% from 2 pieces, 8% from 4 pieces and 10% from 6 pieces.

Then click on "Add to shopping cart".

If you would like to search for other products, click on"Continue shopping"

If you would like to complete your order, click on"Checkout".

4. Shopping cart

In the shopping cart, you will see all the products that you have added to the shopping cart during your purchase. If necessary, you can correct the quantity again by entering the desired quantity and clicking on update. You can also remove a product from the shopping cart by clicking on the "Delete" symbol.

You can call up the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart symbol at the top right.

5. Redeem discount code

If you have a valid discount code, you can copy it into the"Redeem discount code" field in the shopping cart. If you type in the code, please note the difference between "O" and "0". Please also note that there is always a minimum order value of €30 for a coupon code. The minimum order value may differ for special promotions and applies as communicated. A coupon code can only be redeemed once. No cash payment is possible, no subsequent crediting and no combination with other discount codes. The discount code is valid for a limited period of time and varies depending on the discount code. The welcome discount code, for example, is valid for 14 days from receipt. We reserve the right to make changes.

6. Continue order

Click on"Checkout" to continue with your order.

Enter your e-mail address and password if you already have a customer account.

2.1 Billing address

You can now enter the desired billing address in the Billing details overview. Here you also have the option of creating a customer account. You can read about the advantages of a customer account here.

2.2 Shipping

At Herbano you benefit from free shipping! If the order is to be sent to a specific shipping address, select the option to another address under shipping and enter it there. Otherwise, select to billing address. You can also select the desired shipping method here. Further information on delivery and shipping can be found here.

2.3 Payment

Select the desired payment method and click on"Continue". Enter the required data for the desired payment method. You can find further information on the payment methods here.

3. Check

Check your order details again here. If you would like to make any changes to your order, you can do so by clicking on"Change" on the right. You are welcome to edit your shopping cart again. To do this, click on Edit shopping cart under point 4.

At the bottom of the page you can choose whether you would like to subscribe to our free health tips. You will receive health tips on interesting topics and be informed about new products in our range. You can of course unsubscribe from the free health tips at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe button.

7. Finalize order

Once you have checked the details of your order, click on"Buy now" to complete the order.

8. Order confirmation

After you have completed your order, you have the option of printing out your order confirmation. You will also receive an e-mail within a few minutes with all the information about your order and our account details if you have selected prepayment as your payment method. If you cannot find this e-mail in your mailbox, please check your SPAM folder.

9. Shipping confirmation

After the order has been dispatched, you will receive a further e-mail with the dispatch confirmation. This will also contain a link to track your shipment.

You can also get an overview of the status of your orders in your customer account under"My orders".

Can I cancel an order?

No, once you have completed the order, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel. However, you have the option of returning the package within 30 days and the purchase price will be refunded.

Can I change my address at a later date?

No, it is no longer possible to change the address for an order at a later date. However, you are welcome to manage your address in your customer account so that the correct address is entered the next time you place an order.
