Release your energy brakes now - how does detox work?

Veröffentlicht am: August 23, 2024

We live in a toxic world.

Whether in the environment, the air or in our food. We can hardly escape pollutants. Every day we come into contact with shampoo, toothpaste, creams, cleaning products and other environmental toxins such as pesticides.

A new study shows that dirty air now causes more deaths than smoking. Since the 1950s alone, 80,000 new chemicals have been developed and are constantly being used.

We therefore need to be all the more aware of what we are putting our bodies through and how we can help them.

In order to rid the body of harmful substances and toxins in the long term, our bodies also need a spring clean once a year. To flush out all the old toxins that have accumulated over time, only one thing helps - a detox cure

Free yourself from the burden!

What are the benefits of a detox cure?

By eliminating harmful substances and toxins from your body, you benefit from many advantages:

  • The energy flow is stimulated, you are "bursting" with energy again
  • Your skin becomes more beautiful
  • You sleep better again
  • Your digestion is working in sync again
  • Allergies are reduced or become less pronounced

Dissolve your energy brakes into thin air!

Detoxification with products straight from nature:

It's a good thing that there are products directly from nature that help you to detoxify your body of harmful substances and toxins in the long term.

Base powder and capsules

Alkalizing powders and capsules are specially developed to achieve a balanced acid-base equilibrium. The minerals and trace elements they contain help to wash toxins out of the cells. Alkaline products keep the body healthy, strong and full of energy.

Spirulina and chlorella algae

Spirulina and chlorella are regarded as absolute detox wonders. They owe this ability to their high chlorophyll and vitamin content. Toxins, heavy metals and other harmful substances are removed from the body, the blood and liver are cleansed and the body is detoxified.

Wheat grass and barley grass

Barley grass and wheat grass are considered to be the most alkaline foods of all. They also contain chlorophyll, which binds toxins, heavy metals and chemicals. The body is detoxified, purified and cleansed from the inside.

What else should you bear in mind?

  • Only allow natural products to come into contact with your skin, as a large proportion of harmful substances are absorbed through the skin.
  • Drink plenty of water, preferably with a few slices of organic lemon
  • Eat a healthy diet. Instead of ready-made products, opt for fresh organic fruit and vegetables and cook for yourself.
  • Take some time out, because stress hormones have a negative effect on a detox cure.
