Return a product? Nothing easier than that.

Would you like to return your entire order or individual products to us? No problem at all, for whatever reason you want to return a product: Returns are free of charge for you within 30 days of receiving your parcel - even for opened packs. Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the purchase price. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

On this page we explain step by step how a return works at Herbano. If you would like detailed information about your right of withdrawal, please take a look at our general terms and conditions or contact us.

Step 1: Fill out the return form

Please print out the appropriate return form, fill it out and enclose it with the package in which you are returning your goods:

Please seal your parcel carefully. We recommend that you return it in the original box that you received from us.

By completing the return form, you make our work much easier. It also already contains a legally correct formulation for canceling your order, so that no further communication by email, fax or post is necessary.

Step 2: Create pre-franked label

Regardless of whether you received your parcel from us via GLS or DHL: Please create your personal return label on the DHL returns portal and affix it to the outside of the parcel - it is best to stick it over the original label we used to send the goods to you. Your return label contains the return postage paid by us and the address to which the parcel should be sent.

Please make sure that, with the exception of your new label, no "old" barcodes are visible on the parcel. If barcodes are still visible, you can simply paint over them with a black felt-tip pen, for example.

Step 3: Hand in your parcel at the post office or DHL store

You can now drop off the parcel at any of 28,000 DHL acceptance points (post offices or DHL parcel stores) free of charge.

So that you have proof of your return, please keep the proof of posting that you receive when you hand in your parcel. If, contrary to expectations, the parcel is lost during the return shipment, we will ask you for this proof of posting. You will also find a tracking number on the proof of posting, which you can use to track the journey of your parcel here here.

Step 4: Purchase price is refunded or exchange is arranged

Once we have received your return, please give us some time to process it. Within 14 days, we will issue you a credit note for the purchase price of your returned products (shipping costs cannot be refunded) - or send you a replacement product (if you wish). If you originally paid for your order by credit card or Paypal, your refund will be credited back to your account.

 

If, contrary to expectations, you have still not received a credit note or exchanged goods from us 3 weeks after sending your return to us: Please contact our friendly customer service teamand we will do everything we can to solve the problem.
