Unfortunately , pain is part of our everyday lives! It's mainly our back, joints, head and nerves that hurt.

Nowadays , we are only concerned with treating symptoms and simply suppressing any pain with strong medication. In doing so, we have completely forgotten to research and treat the cause of the pain and thus prevent it.

This must not happen!

Researching the causes, alleviating and preventing pain should always be the first priority!

What is the problem with strong painkillers?

The USA has shown what happens when strong painkillers, such as opioids, are made easily accessible and even advertised. People become addicted one after the other and the number of deaths from overdose increases rapidly. This is because opioids interfere massively with brain chemistry and thus lead to rapid dependence. Opioids also affect and paralyze the respiratory center.

Today, the US is experiencing a veritable opioid crisis that began decades ago. Since the 1990s, more and more painkillers containing opioids have been prescribed. The pharmaceutical companies have been busy advertising . They assured people that they would not cause addiction. That was a lie. Moreover, people suffering from severe pain naturally want quick relief. It is a logical consequence of this that the risk of developing an addiction increases.

In April, it was announced that those US pharmaceutical executives who ran an irresponsible opioid trade would be punished. Doctors, pharmacists and other licensed medical professionals were also indicted in 5 states for illegally prescribing more than 32 million painkillers. Of course, this is no consolation to those who became addicted to or even died from opioid medications. Nevertheless, it is the first step against the opioid crisis in America. Current President Donald Trump has also made the fight against the drug epidemic his priority.

According to a recent study, the death rate among teenagers and young adults in particular has risen enormously. The mortality rate among people aged 15 to 24 has risen by almost 20%!

In the USA, 130 people die every day from the misuse of strong painkillers containing opioids.

But here too, all kinds of painkillers are available over the counter in pharmacies. Due to this general presence, as well as a lack of information about the risks, painkillers have also become enormously popular here!

Our society recommends a range of painkillers to each other for headaches, strains or back pain. For many, it provides immediate relief and thus an end to the suffering. For some, however, it is the beginning of a long, persistent addiction, with numerous and serious side effects.

Rethinking pain therapy

Who wants to be dependent on strong painkillers and be exposed to dangerous side effects? This is precisely why more and more people are looking for natural alternatives and discovering food supplements as effective pain relief.

The two best natural remedies for general pain relief

1) Cannabidiol (CBD oil): Many people report that chronic pain and inflammation can be relieved naturally with cannabidiol (CBD). CBD oil can, for example, alleviate the chronic pain in tendons and muscles that is typical of fibromyalgia .

Study results confirm that CBD represents a new option for the treatment of chronic pain. CBD inhibits the production and release of pro-inflammatory cytokines.

In the opioid crisis in the USA, CBD is now increasingly being used. This is because CBD has been shown to provide valuable benefits for people with opioid addiction.

Combat joint pain in a targeted manner

Green-lipped mussel: Research results show that the mussel effectively combats inflammation and swelling. The mussel is used in the treatment of arthritis and arthrosis . Our capsules contain valuable omega 3 fatty acids, chondroitin, glucosamine and important nutrients.

Frankincense: Studies show that frankincense supports joint function. It reduces swelling, improves joint mobility and also alleviates pain. According to the results, frankincense has the same effect as anti-inflammatory medication.

Omega-3 fatty acids: Pay attention to your omega-3 level. Too many omega-6 fatty acids aggravate inflammation and result in chronic pain in the long term. Omega-3 fatty acids can reduce inflammation and prevent chronic pain.
