Are you chronically over-acidic?

Most of us have worked for years to acidify our bodies step by step. The consequence? Chronic acidosis, a lack of minerals and a high risk of chronic illness.

But one thing at a time ...

How does the body become acidic?

Acidosis is the term used to describe an imbalance in the body's acid-base balance. In naturopathy, this is also referred to as chronic, latent acidosis. However, this condition has nothing to do with metabolic or respiratory acidosis, which can sometimes become life-threatening and must be treated immediately.

We reach a state of chronic, latent acidosis or hyperacidity when we consume highly acid-forming foods for years.

The western diet consists of too:

  • 80 % from acid producers such as meat (uric acid), products made from white flour (acetic acid), sweets (acetic acid), coffee (tannic acid), cheese / cured meat (nitric acid), cola (phosphoric acid) or carbonated water (carbonic acid)
  • 20 % from alkalizing agents such as fruit, vegetables, herbs or mineral-rich water (non-carbonated).

But it's not just our diet that leads to acidosis, our lifestyle also upsets our acid-base balance. If we sleep too little, have a lot of stress and worry incessantly, this can also lead to an imbalance.

Because let's be honest - when you're tired, do you treat yourself to a break or are you more likely to reach for a coffee or something sweet?

Acidosis is a widespread disease - over 90% of people are affected!

The great loss of minerals

What happens in our body when we consume too many acids?

With an excess of acids, our body is on constant alert. This is because acids can corrode or even destroy our cells. To counteract this, the body does everything it can to keep the pH value of the blood constant between 7.3 and 7.4. In order to protect the cells, the body is forced to bind the excess acids to the body's own minerals and thus neutralize them. These bound acids are deposited in the body as waste products.

If such a lifestyle is maintained and at the same time too few minerals are taken in from the diet for neutralization, the body obtains these from its own resources - from bones, teeth, hair, blood vessels or from the organs.

However, the problem only becomes apparent after a few years, when the slagging continues to increase.

Acidosis is overexploitation of your own mineral balance!

Scientists assume that most chronic illnesses begin with hyperacidity and promote it. The warning signs are usually very unspecific, such as malaise, headaches, chronic fatigue, listlessness, dizziness, skin blemishes, hair lossheartburn or constipation.

Initial symptoms can lead to serious health consequences after continuous consumption of the body's own important minerals: from varicose veins, circulatory disorders, osteoporosis to kidney and gallstones, diabetes, heart attacks or strokes. This is because these diseases require an acidic environment in order to thrive.

Bring your body back into balance!

To avoid further acidification and reduce waste products, it is advisable to switch to an alkaline diet. This will prevent excess acidity, help your body to remove waste products and replenish your mineral stores. According to experts, an alkaline diet is the key to a long life. This includes plenty of fresh vegetables, fruit, herbal teas, sprouts, algae, cereal grasses and more.

Alkaline powders are suitable for short-term and rapid improvement, as they specifically support deacidification and detoxification. However, alkaline powders are no substitute for a healthier lifestyle and should therefore be used as a supplement, for example:

  • Alkaline Balance Powder: Highly concentrated alkaline powder for deacidification of the body, improved digestion and greater well-being. The powder quickly neutralizes acids and thus counteracts hyperacidity. The powder can be dosed individually.
  • Alkaline capsules: Rapid and lasting deacidification thanks to the right minerals for an optimally balanced acid-base balance. Easy to dose in capsules.
  • Alkaline bath salts: Neutralize acids and toxins through the skin and stimulate the sebaceous glands to excrete them. You can get rid of water retention with the bath salts and your skin will become pleasantly smooth after regular use.

The potassium contained in alkaline products in particular helps to neutralize excess acids in the body. With the help of the alkaline mineral and a low-sodium diet, you can already reduce the risk of many secondary diseases.

A Swiss study in 2006 showed that after one year of taking potassium citrate, the bone density of women with osteopenia (a precursor to osteoporosis) increased significantly.

Alkaline nutrition as the key to a long life!

Conclusion

Chronic acidosis or latent acidosis is not acutely life-threatening compared to metabolic or respiratory acidosis. It develops over a period of years. In the long term, however, it can trigger serious chronic diseases of all kinds.

Severe hyperacidity can be remedied within a few weeks to months with the help of an alkaline diet and alkaline minerals.

So stop the continuous over-acidification today and purify your body sustainably - your health and well-being will benefit directly!

Test for possible hyperacidity from the comfort of your own home!
